ok, so I’m a dork. I sometimes sing songs replacing a word with our dogs name ( oh monkey you’re so fine, you’re so fine you blow my mind hey monkey). shana says i should post them, since i don’t post anything else to my lame blog, so here’s one I came up with last night, my most ambitious rewrite yet…
The Monkey-Monk (sung to the tune of the humpty hump by digital underground who rocked at summerfest last thursday)

My name is Monkey, pronounced with a Onkey.

And all the studs over at ko-ven–don’t you dare try to hump me.
I’m jumpin’ tall, y’all,
and just like Humpty Dumpty
jason’s fallin in the back-yard when I jump he.
My licks are slime,
and at times I smell real funky,
I’m spunky. I make my master’s husband grumpy.
